Day 1 (arrival day):

  • 3:00 PM: Check-in and settle into your space

  • 5:30 PM: Gentle grounding yoga to shake off travel and land in the moment

  • 7:00 PM: Dinner with introductions and group bonding

  • 8:30 PM: Intention-setting circle

Day 2–4 (retreat days):

  • 7:30 AM: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation

  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 10:30 AM: Workshop or activities like hikes/swimming

  • 12:30 PM: Lunch

  • 1:30–4:30 PM: Free time to explore, swim, or nap

  • 5:00 PM: Gentle Flow & Yin

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner with meaningful conversation

  • 8:00 PM: Fire/Satsang/Song Circle/Closing Ceremony

Day 5 (departure day):

  • 7:30 AM: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation

  • 9:00 AM: Breakfast

  • 10:30 AM: Farewell Circle and Reflections
