Day 2–4 (retreat days):
7:30 AM: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation
9:00 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM: Workshop or activities like hikes/swimming
12:30 PM: Lunch
1:30–4:30 PM: Free time to explore, swim, or nap
5:00 PM: Gentle Flow & Yin
6:30 PM: Dinner with meaningful conversation
8:00 PM: Fire/Satsang/Song Circle/Closing Ceremony
Day 5 (departure day):
7:30 AM: Vinyasa Flow & Meditation
9:00 AM: Breakfast
10:30 AM: Farewell Circle and Reflections
